Capture a clear photo of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item. This speeds up your request significantly.

Contact our support team

Email support@qaygo.com.ng or visit the Contact Us page with your order ID and photo.

We review your request

Our team will assess your case within 24 hours and confirm whether a refund or replacement is issued.

Receive your refund or replacement

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Replacements are dispatched as soon as the vendor confirms stock.

Fresh produce note: Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat — these items must be reported immediately upon delivery. We cannot process returns for perishables reported the following day.
