By creating an account or using QayGo in any way, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
• Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

QayGo is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with local vendors in Nigeria. We provide the technology and infrastructure — the actual sale and delivery of goods is between the buyer and the vendor.

You agree to use QayGo only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

QayGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• You are entering into a purchase agreement directly with the vendor
• Prices displayed are set by vendors and may change without notice
• QayGo does not guarantee the availability of any product
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on vendor and location
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The payment information you provide is accurate
• You authorize QayGo to charge the applicable amount

• List only products they are legally authorized to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and images
• Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and food safety standards
• Handle customer complaints promptly and fairly

• If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Perishable goods (fresh produce, meat, etc.) must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
• QayGo reserves the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis

• List or purchase illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our platform content without permission
• Violate any applicable Nigerian or international law

• QayGo is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by vendors
• QayGo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by vendors or delivery partners
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of QayGo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
